Tim Hortons Field-Hamilton Stadium

Name of Project: Pan Am Hamilton Soccer Stadium – Tim Hortons Field (Home of the CFL Hamilton Tiger Cats)

Description: Tim Hortons Field[7] is a multi-purpose stadium in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.[8] The stadium is a Canadian football stadium that replaced Ivor Wynne Stadium[9] Home of the Hamilton Tiger Cats and a soccer venue for the 2015 Pan American Games, which were hosted by Toronto and the surrounding Greater Golden Horseshoe region.

Clifford Masonry Limited completed the structural masonry and masonry partition walls as well as the exterior architectural walls and piers.


Cabelas Barrie

Name of Project: Cabela’s Barrie Exterior Culture Stone

Description of the type of Project undertaken:
Clifford Masonry Limited was contracted to install a cultured stone veneer on a rain screen back-up assembly. The drainage mat was fastened to the insulated concrete forms followed by the installation of wire lath, scratch coat, bond coat and cultured stone veneer. The stone for the project was a custom product designed specifically for the Cabela’s Retail stores. Custom made precast coping stones, window sills, base stones and wainscoting was installed to trim/border the field of culture stone.

Tasks Clifford will undertake on this project:

  • Installation of rain screen assembly.

  • Installation of cultured stone veneer.

  • Installation of Precast base stones, window sills, coping stones and wainscoting.

Description: Clifford Masonry Limited is proud to be involved with the successful completion of this newly constructed Outlet Mall in Niagara Falls Ontario, Canada. Our Scope included Structural masonry walls, Block partitions, Architectural Block and Thin stone Veneer walls systems.


Osgoode Hall Barrier

Notes: The main entrance at Osgoode Hall built in 1856 will have a new look with the careful addition of the extended podium and steps flanked by two new Accessibility ramps to the east and west of the existing entrance.

Notes: Ongoing revitalization of Toronto’s Downtown core in the heart of the financial district.
The current phase involves installation of the Skateboard deterrents.


Royal Bank Plaza

Job Description: Interior/Ext Stone renovation and redevelopment

Architects: WZMH Architects

Notes: Careful consideration for public safety and maintaining accessibility along this pedestrian corridor in the busy financial District had to be the most challenging task during the recent upgrades to the building’s exterior Podium as well as the significant renovations to the existing North Tower Lobby.

Veterans War Memorial

Job Description: Veterans War Memorial

Notes: Located on the south lawn of Queens Park.

The Memorial is a 30-meter long granite wall engraved with scenes from Canada’s war history from confederation to the present day.


Marriott Residence Inn

Notes: A challenging project due to the location of this downtown site with the restricted access and staging areas, Granite Wall Cladding was installed along the ground floor of this new Hotel located at the heart of Toronto’s Entertainment District.


Four Seasons

Notes: Careful dismantle and modification to the existing granite wall cladding was required to incorporate the building expansion. The outcome was a clean and crisp transition from the old to the new throughout the complex.

Notes: Stone Salvage and rebuild at the entrance to the hospital grounds off Erin Mills Parkway during the recent hospital expansion and upgrades.


Metropolitan United Church

Notes: In keeping with the gothic architectural style a new entrance emerges out from the west elevation of this historic structure at 56 Queen street east, All part of the church’s sub-basement renovation in 2005-2006.


Young Dundas Square
